Milwaukee Dustless Brush/Gordon Brush received ISSA’s Diamond Anniversary Award at the 2019 ISSA Convention held at the Las Vegas, Nevada convention center on November 19-21, 2019. The award was presented to Ken Rakusin, President and CEO of Gordon Brush by John Garfinkel, former Executive Director of ISSA. “Ken, on behalf the entire ISSA Association, we would like to thank you for your continuous support for the past sixty years,” said John Garfinkel.
In 2016, Gordon Brush Mfg. Co., Inc., hosted Congresswoman Grace Napolitano and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer at their 183,000 square foot manufacturing complex in the City of Industry, CA. “Gordon Brush® was honored to have Congresswoman Napolitano and Majority Leader Hoyer tour our facility,” noted Gordon Brush’s President and CEO, Ken Rakusin. “We are thrilled that they share our commitment to United States manufacturing and organizations promoting American manufacturing and American-made goods.”
Ken Rakusin, President and CEO of Gordon Brush Mfg. Co., Inc. will be a highlighted speaker at the 2019 Made In America convention, to be held at the Indiana Convention Center, October 3-6, 2019, in Indianapolis, Indiana. According to Don Buckner, founder, MadeInAmerica.com, “the convention will celebrate US manufacturing in a way that’s never been done before.”
Ken Rakusin from Gordon Brush has taken over management of this year’s West Coast Brush Manufacturer’s Association in Santa Fe from October 6-9 after Greg Tripp, VP of Industrial Brush passed away on July 2. The event is rapidly approaching and interested attendees are encouraged to act quickly to reserve a spot. Reservations are due by August 30, 2019.
