Borghi S.p.A. announces that it has acquired the company Unimac s.r.l. by incorporation. Unimac s.r.l. since 1983 has designed and built complete lines to produce metal handles. It is also specialized in the design and construction of machines and automation for the production of power brushes.
In the course of the future-oriented further development of the group of companies, ZAHORANSKY has sold the production site for injection molds ZAHORANSKY Formen- und Werkzeugbau GmbH in Rothenkirchen (Steinberg) to MT Management GmbH. As part of a management buyout, the long-standing managing director and toolmaking expert Monty Tepper will take over the entrepreneurial responsibility. Since 1991, the site has been producing injection molds for a wide variety of plastic products in the personal care and consumer products sector in the Vogtland region of Saxony with around 70 employees.

Gordon Brush Mfg. Co., Inc. has acquired Justman Brush Company located in Omaha, Nebraska. The Company’s manufacturing and operations will remain in its 45,000 sq. ft. building in Omaha while administrative procedures will be moved to Gordon Brush’s 183,000 sq. ft., City of Industry, California facility.
